Our Founder
Manoj Keshav is an ICF-certified Coach (PCC), Author, and Corporate Trainer with over 27 years of experience in coaching and leadership development. He is passionate about being a catalyst for transformation, helping individuals evolve into the finest version of themselves.
Manoj's facilitation is rooted in an "inside-out" approach, grounded in the belief that meaningful, lasting change begins within. His work centres on helping people explore their inner landscape—uncovering blind spots, core motivations, ingrained paradigms, and deeply held beliefs—to create profound personal and professional breakthroughs.
He holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and is a lifelong student of the mind. His interests span neuroscience, emotional well-being, the body–mind connection, and the psychology of learning and change. Committed to continuous growth and social contribution, Manoj brings a deep sense of purpose, compassion, and insight to every engagement.
